Cape Oyster Experiences, LLC. assumes no liability or responsibility for risk, injury, loss, or damages to persons or property incurred by participating in this activity. Any risk associated with, but not limited to, shucking oysters, consuming raw seafood, weather conditions, accidents, and any other potential issues outside of Cape Oyster Experiences control are assumed by the participating person.
